Hi! I'm Stephanie!
I'm a retired party girl with over 3 decades of mistakes, blackouts and regret under my belt. I come from 2 women that were so beautiful and smart (my grandmother and my mom), but alcohol took them both. Alcohol played a roll in both of my best friends deaths as well, I knew it was going to take me under. The alcohol convinced me that I didn't care.
Finally, at age 42 after heavy drinking for many many years, I woke UP and realized that I have A LOT of living left to do and my son needs me. (Blacking out and a black eye for his 5th birthday was the final straw for this girl.)

Is it like AA? No, not even close. AA makes you feel powerless against alcohol. I want to give you self-confidence and instill belief in yourself that you can QUIT. I am sharing what worked for countless other women and me, and it will work for you as well.
I'm nervous about committing. What if I fail?
There is no such thing as shame, guilt, or blame here! It’s about your progress, happiness, and growth. Drinking again is yet another opportunity to learn. When you look at it this way, you will be more curious about it than shameful or guilty. You don’t have to be perfect, you just have to be willing to try something you haven't tried before!
How is Sober up to glow up different from other courses on the market?
I will help you instill self-confidence. Rebuilding your belief system so that you no longer have cravings while showing you the best ways to deal with unexpected situations. Quitting alcohol for 30 days is a great milestone. It's something that your brain can get its neurons around. It's long enough to make a difference but short enough that you can see the end result.

Sober Up to Glow Up is a go at your own pace coaching program. You will have access to coaching and lesson materials immediately upon enrollment. Therefore, there are no refunds. Trust yourself to show up!
Do I get 1:1 access to you?
Our group calls will allow you to go over any challenges or ask any questions. Stephanie is in the group very frequently to chat! She may be able to open some spots for 1:1. Just ask!
How long do I need to commit every week?
Most videos are bite-sized, so you won’t need more than an hour to watch the videos and implement them daily.
I don't think I want to quit forever. I just want to drink less. Is this for me?
It's next to impossible to drink less without first taking a nice, thoughtful break from alcohol. Take the course, learn a lot and see how you feel afterward! Definitely allow yourself to see what's possible with a little break. You won't regret it.
Do I need to invest in anything other than your program/course to be successful?
I recommend seeing a therapist if you’ve undergone a traumatic experience because a lot of times, we are drinking to suppress the emotions and pain. To help you make peace with the past seeing a therapist might be a good option, but if that’s not the case with you, you are good to go with Sober Up To Glow Up alone.
